This course was designed to give you a better understanding of the fundamentals and benefits of a fit and well-balanced lifestyle as it applies physically, spiritually, and mentally. You will receive the knowledge and understanding about wellness and fitness from the nutritional and health perspective. Most importantly, you will be educated about fitness and wellness as it is related to biblical principles. |
Objectives
This course will educate, motivate and encourage you to create a fitness and wellness program in your daily life that will benefit you spiritually, mentally, and physically. You will also learn how to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle, that takes you beyond the workout.
